Whenever you need information about your project, you can contact our 3 expert team that is managing your project from start to end.  This group consists of:

  1. Job File Coordinator
  2. Project Manager
  3. Reconstruction Manager (if necessary)

Project File Coordinator

This expert will work with your insurance company to process your claim.  They handle all documentation and paperwork your insurance adjuster needs to cover your claim.  In fact, our project file coordinators speak with adjusters the majority of the day and have built great relationships with many of them.  We believe it’s important to keep a sense of urgency in the entire team to make sure you get back home as soon as possible.

“Do you take my insurance?” is a common question we get.  

YES.  We routinely work with all insurance carriers.  

“What if my insurance company tells me to use another restoration company?”
