SERVPRO is a fire and water damage restoration company currently servicing the United States and Canada.  Each SERVPRO franchise is independently owned and operated.  

Our franchise, SERVPRO of Richardson, is a professional damage restoration company in North Dallas that serves all homeowners and business owners.  We are located in Richardson, Texas on Highway 75 near the border of Plano.   

We’ve been a part of the DFW community for over 30 years, and we understand the needs of our neighbors--the residents and business owners in the Metroplex.   

Our franchise offers many services including:

• Environmental cleaning and disinfection (biohazards and COVID-19)
• Water damage remediation
• Fire damage restoration
• Mold remediation
• Air duct cleaning
• Reconstruction after damage has been remediated

We accept every insurance claim, and each of our clients is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them navigate their restoration project from start to finish.   

Since we opened in 1986, we’ve seen just about every kind and size disaster, from a one-room water damage caused by a toilet overflow, to a fully affected downtown hi-rise building with hundreds of thousands of affected square feet.  

Our franchise is an IICRC Certified Firm, a certified mold contractor by the state of Texas and an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Renovator.  We are fully versed and practiced in the most technical aspects of property damage restoration, and IICRC trained professionals ensure that each of our clients is treated with care and empathy.
