Laundry Pipe Leak Causes Mold in Plano, Texas

A laundry room pipe leak caused mold damage in this Plano, Texas home.  The source of the leak was found in between walls and required both water mitigation and mold remediation services.  After mitigation the water damage, our crews moved all appliances away from the affected area and wrapped them in approved millimeter plastic to keep them safe.  Then, they contained the affected laundry room and removed permanently damaged structure and remediated the rest.  The space was readied for reconstruction after the mold remediation passed clearance with the state of Texas.
