Water Damaged Ceiling in Richardson, Texas Living Room

A water heater leak in the attic resulted in ceiling damage in this family’s living room.  In order to properly dry the area, our technicians had to remove the damaged portion of the ceiling and then contain the space to direct hot air and dehumidify the area.  Properly drying a structure is vital to help prevent mold growth.  After the entire area read dry, the containment was removed and the ceiling was prepped to be reconstructed.
