Storm Causes Tree to Break, Fall on Dallas, Home

A storm caused this customer’s tree to break and fall onto his property.  The home’s roof suffered major damage and needed an emergency board up to prevent any precipitation from entering the home.  Our reconstruction team was assigned to this job.  Many times, filing a claim and organizing a roof replacement or permanent fix requires days or weeks, depending on other storm damage roof claims in the area and the availability of contractors.  For this reason, emergency roof tarping services are needed.  We first removed the tree from the property.  Then, this customer’s roof was temporary boarded and tarped while our office worked his insurance provider to process his claim.
